Director, Ad Product Marketing

The Director of Ad Product Marketing will lead the development of marketing and monetization strategies that leverage the value of Vevo’s content and scale in order to drive ongoing revenue growth. Reporting into the VP of Media and Distribution Marketing, you will own the global ad product roadmap and be responsible for the positioning, collateral and revenue associated with Vevo’s suite of ad products and sales packages. As a leader on the global B2B marketing team, you must be well versed in the ideation, packaging, execution and analysis of video advertising products.

As a member of our team, you will:

    • Understand current market trends and the marketer’s dilemma in order to position Vevo as a resource to solve clients’ business needs
    • Work cross functionally to build new sales opportunities, articulate their value to the sales team and clients, and track/measure success against revenue goals
    • Tailor ad products to international markets
    • Develop media mix strategies that support margin driving revenue through execution of various ad products
    • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to understand revenue blockers and provide solutions 
    • Coordinate with Sales as needed to ideate and pitch the optimal product mix for sizable revenue opportunities
    • Oversee the packaging and revenue of Vevo’s sponsorships and editorial opportunities including Vevo Premieres 
    • Manage, coordinate and develop a team of ad product marketers 

The ideal candidate will:

    • Have a strong understanding of the Television and Digital Video advertising industry
    • Have experience with packaging video media 
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and through visual presentations
    • Be able to pair creativity with strategy that leads to tangible execution 
    • Be familiar with international markets, specifically the UK, Australia, Canada and Mexico
    • Be self-motivated to exceed expectations on an individual and team level
    • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others in order to achieve common goals 
    • Demonstrate leadership, not just management 


    • 5-7 years experience in ad product or sales marketing with time spent at a TV network, CTV platform, OTT provider or FAST service 
    • Master of Powerpoint (photoshop and other Adobe programs a plus)
    • Experience managing the work and career growth of direct reports
